Nate Edwards holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship from Oregon State University. Nate was been a business manager at TekBots, a on campus electronics and robotics company for four years. Other work experience includes market research and business plan writing for three start up companies and the NASA Robotics Academy in the summer of 2007. For the past nine years he has been a part of the FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Robotics Program and continues to mentor the program. During his tenure in FIRST he has received six team awards as a member, president or head mentor of the organization and this past year he received the prestigious Woodie Flowers Award for the Oregon FIRST Robotics Competition given to the top mentor. He combined his passions for golf and robots to found ERC.
